“ Pizza was delish. We had the cheese pizza and the white out pizza. Super hot and fresh. The restaurant atmosphere has a very unique cabin-in-the-woods vibe. Con is that the restaurant is super popular, so we had to wait an hour for our food. Seating was also hard to come by and the table we found remained dirty for a while before someone came to clean it. Staff seemed to be pretty limited. ”

“ TLDR: So good that I came back within the week and it was a 2hr+ drive both times!!! WHAT A HIDDEN GEM, LITERALLY 5/5!!! AMBIENCE: Cute, cozy restaurant on the side of the road on a mountain, with a bar below and a nice outdoor eating space... this place is a great spot for a date or just hanging out with friends! FOOD: We ordered the LouEddie special, the baja chicken, and multiple rootbeer floats and they did NOT disappoint. For the people who like peppers, the baja chicken had a nice kick, but my all-time favorite was the special. The rootbeer float was amazing as well (made with Henry Weinhard's rootbeer... and yes, I remembered it because it was so dang good and didn't taste artificial). LouEddie Special had a lot of things I don't usually like in a pizza: pesto (in the special sauce), carmelized onions, and mushrooms, BUT I kid you not, I demolished the entire pizza AND wanted more. The carmelized onions are marinated daily and are so tasty!!! The workers also recommended buying ranch which I didn't think I would use because the pizza was already sooooo delicious, but I tried it and it elevated the flavor even more. I had 3 whole ways of enjoying this meal: pizza on its own, with ranch, and with that amazing rootbeer float. DEFINITELY worth the $22-$28 cost per pizza and $8 for the float. SERVICE: Service can be slow (at least 20min), but that's to be expected from a hand-tossed pizza place that makes all of its ingredients fresh! Time also passes by quickly when you're spending time with family/friends. PARKING: Limited, in front of the restaurant, but each time that I went, there had always been parking. There is also a shoulder that you can park on as well but I never had to. Overall, I am definitely coming back, alone and with friends, as this has been THE best pizza place I have ever had in my 24 years of life so far. I just can't get enough!!! P.s. definitely eyeing the margarita for next time ”

“ This is a hidden gem in the mountains near Arrowhead. The inside is super cute, but with limited seating so we sat in the back patio where you're surrounded by trees. We called ahead to ask how busy it gets and they weren't kidding when they said to get there early. We showed up 30 minutes before opening and weren't even first in line. But this for good reason. The pizza was AMAZING, with a fun crunchy bottom but still had great flavor and depth. The garlic knots are covered in garlic butter and crunchy and flakey on the outside but soft and warm on the inside. We bought a side of ranch for dipping and it was well worth it! 10/10 will be back ”

“ This is by far the best pizza up the mountain. I like the pizza better here more than the pizza options in Big Bear too. The only thing is you have to call in your order and then go pick it up and bring it back to your hotel/house OR you have to get there (before you want to eat) and be prepared to wait. If you want to eat the pizza there you'll probably have to wait too so be warned - BUT their pizza is so good that it's worth the wait. Also be prepared that if you want pizza during a peak time (like during a sports game) you have to plan in advance since there'll be a long wait - the wait is sooo worth it though for the delicious pizza! So LouEddies has pizza flavor combinations that sound sketchy but actually end up tasting really delicious! Our favorite pizzas to order are the: 1) Mad Greek: This is our favorite! It is also vegetarian for those that need that. I often drizzle balsamic over it and yum it's amazing. It comes with: Pizza Sauce, Mozzarella, Roasted Tomatoes, Feta, Kalamata Olives, Pepperoncini, Artichoke Hearts, Oregano 2) Tuscan Chicken: This one just sounds weird but it actually tastes super delicious! It comes with: Honey Mustard Sauce, Mozzarella, Chicken Breast, Fresh Tomatoes, Red Onion, Peppadew Piquante Peppers, Ricotta, Balsamic Vinegar, Fresh Basil 3) LouEddie's Special: LouEddie's Sauce (Pizza & Pesto), Mozzarella, Homemade Sausage, Pepperoni, Caramelized Onions, Mushrooms - this is a really delicious flavor combination and I really love the caramelized onions and blend of sauces! **Another favorite is the BBQ chicken which is my favorite type of pizza and always delicious! I just didn't mention it since they have so many unique bespoke pizzas here that I normally get the ones special to LouEddies but their BBQ chicken is really yummy too! ”
